Silicon Legal represented 01 Advisors as they led Lendtable’s $18 million Series A round.

Lendtable gives cash advances enabling employees to participate in their employer’s 401(k) match and ESPP programs.

In addition to 01 Advisors, the round included investments from Streamlined Ventures, SoftBank Opportunity Fund, Valor Equity Partners, Dragon Capital and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey and Tommy Szalasny.
