Silicon Legal client AXDRAFT,  a Y Combinator-backed document automation company that significantly reduces the time spent on drafting and negotiating routine legal contracts, has been acquired by Onit, a global leader of enterprise workflow solutions for legal, compliance, procurement, IT, HR, and Finance. AXDRAFT (now AXDRAFT, an Onit Company) will operate as an independent subsidiary and will drive its parent company’s contract lifecycle management offerings going forward.
