Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they led Lucky Beverage Company’s $8 million Seed II round.

Lucky Beverage Company is creating a new, better-for-you energy drink featuring five flavors with five super ingredients and only five calories.

In addition to Brand Foundry Ventures, the round included investments from Imaginary Ventures and Sugar Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Adam Derry, John Koerper, and Travis Robertson.
