Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they co-led Antares’ $470 million Series C round.

Antares is a nuclear energy company developing advanced microreactors.

In addition to Caffeinated Capital, the round was co-lead by Paradigm and included investments from Point72 Ventures, Shine Capital, Industrious Ventures and others.
