Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Antares’ $96 million Series B round.

Antares is building compact nuclear microreactors.

The round was led by Shine Capital and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Alt Capital, FiftyThree Stations, Industrious, and other investors.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Michelle Chern.
