Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Capchase’s $200 million Round.

Capchase is a B2B vendor-financing technology platform that helps software and hardware vendors offer flexible payment terms while getting paid upfront.

The round was led by 01 Advisors and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Thomvest Ventures, Scifi VC, Bling Capital, Invesco and others.
