Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined OmenAI’s $10.5 million seed round.

OmenAI is a company developing autonomous diagnostic systems that enable industrial machines to think and feel for themselves, preventing costly failures across construction, manufacturing, and defense sectors.

The round was led by CRV and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Vanderbilt University, LMNT Ventures, 640 Oxford, Backwards Capital, Genius Ventures, Pareto Holdings, Banter Capital, and Cory Levy.
