Silicon Legal represented Calibrate Ventures as they joined Grid Aero’s $20 million Series A round.

Grid Aero is an aerospace startup building autonomous aircraft for long-range operations.

The round was led by Bison Ventures and Geodesic Capital and included investments from, in addition to Calibrate Ventures, Stony Lonesome Group, Alumni Ventures, Ubiquity Ventures, and Commonweal Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Calibrate Ventures client team includes Sarah Boulden, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Tina Lee, Michelle Chern, and John Koerper.
