Silicon Legal represented Castle Creek Launchpad as they joined ATTUNE’s $2.225 million Seed round.

ATTUNE, formerly known as Lendsmart, is developing an engagement banking platform to help financial institutions organize, manage, and process customers and financial products.

The round was led by Tribeca Early Stage Partners and included investments from, in addition to Castle Creek Launchpad, ICBA and Mike Roffler.

Silicon Legal’s Castle Creek Launchpad client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, and Parker Reed.
