Immediate provides a financial wellness solution that delivers on-demand access to earned wages, helping business recruit, engage, and retain employees.

Castle Creek Launchpad is a joint fund managed by Castle Creek Capital and Launchpad Capital. The round also included investments from BankSouth and individual investors Bryan Statham and Cynthia Johnson.
