Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Drata’s $200 million Series C round.

Drata is an advanced security and compliance automation platform with the mission to help companies earn and keep the trust of their users, customers, partners, and prospects.

The round was co-led by ICONIQ Growth and GGV Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Alkeon Capital, S Ventures, Silicon Valley CISO Investments and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Larry Suh, Madelyn Tarr and Vishal Ganesan.
