Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Cleo’s $40MM Round.

Cleo is a San Francisco based startup that supports working families. With its integrated family benefits platform, Cleo combines proactive, expert guidance with an intuitive engagement hub to help connect families with the support they need to be their best at home and at work.

The round was led by Transformation Capital with participation from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Glynn Capital, PruVen Capital and Gaingels and existing investors Greylock and NEA.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
