Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Groundswell’s $15 million seed round.

Groundswell is a Philanthropy-as-a-Service platform that enables employers to roll out tax-advantaged charitable giving accounts to employees, including gift and match options.

The round was led by GV (formerly Google Ventures), and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Human Ventures, Moonshots Capital and Core Innovation Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
