Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Kinde’s $10.6 million seed round.

Kinde builds simple dev-acceleration infrastructure software for SaaS teams.

The round was led by Blackbird Ventures with participation from Felicis Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
