Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined PicnicHealth’s $60 million Series C round.

PicnicHealth is building deep real-world datasets fueling cutting edge research while giving patients control of their own medical record data.

The round was led by B Capital Group with participation from Felicis Ventures and Amplify Partners.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
