Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Pipedream’s $20 million Series A round.

Pipedream is an integration platform built for developers, connecting APIs remarkably fast.

The round was led by True Ventures with participation from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, CRV and the World Innovation Lab.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
