Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Preql’s $7 million seed round.

Preql is a no code tool for business users to define and manage metrics.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partner with participation from Felicis Ventures and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
