Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Themis’ $9 million seed round.

Themis is a compliance collaboration tool, providing a holistic view of compliance through a single platform consisting of 30+ modules to manage policies, procedures and controls.

The round was led by TTV Capital with participation from Felicis Ventures and Walkabout Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
