Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Trusted, Inc.’s $149 million total rounds.

Trusted, Inc. is the leading labor marketplace and workforce management platform for the healthcare industry.

The most recent $94 million Series C round was led by Greenspring Associates. The previously unannounced $55 million Series B round was led by Felicis Ventures and Craft Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
