Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Xilis’ $19 million round.

Xilis is developing next generation technologies for precision medicine and drug discovery.

The round was led by FPV Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Alexandria Venture Investments, EQT Life Sciences, Mubadala Capital Management, Pear Ventures and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez and Chris Rosene.
