Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Zubale’s $40 million Series A round.

Zubale partners with retailers to complete end-to-end fulfillment of their eCommerce orders.

The round was led by QED Investors with participation from Felicis Ventures, GFC, NFX, Wollef and Maya Capital and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
