Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led KUDO’s $21MM Round.

KUDO is a cloud-based collaboration platform that enables web meetings and live conferences with real-time multilateral language interpretation.

The round was led by Felicis Ventures with participation from Maverick Ventures, Elephant VC, FJ Labs, Global Founders Capital, and Pershing CEO Bill Ackman.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
