Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Opsera’s $15MM Series A Round.

Opsera is building an orchestration platform that allows DevOps teams to provision their CI/CD tools through a single framework.

In addition to Felicis Ventures, the financing included investment from MG Ventures, Clear Ventures, Trinity Partners and Firebolt Ventures

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
