Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Counsel Health’s $25 million Series A round.

Counsel Health is an AI-enabled virtual care company serving as the new MD + AI front door to healthcare for payers, employers, and health systems.

The round was co-led by a16z and GV and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Pear VC and Asymmetric.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, and Robert Moore.
