Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined SmarterDx’s $50 million Series B round.

SmarterDx uses AI to understand clinical patients’ journeys, helping hospitals close their revenue integrity “differential” gap.

The round was led by Transformation Capital and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Bessemer Venture Partners and Flare Capital Partners.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
