Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they led Wavedash’s $4.3 million round.

Wavedash is a browser-first platform for high-end PC games.

In addition to Floodgate, the round included investments from Y Combinator, Rebel Fund, Brainstorm Ventures, Griffin Gaming Partners, and individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, Robert Moore, and Kirsten Roggeveen.
