Silicon Legal represented FYRFLY as they led PolyGone Systems’ $4 million Seed Round.

PolyGone Systems is a cleantech company developing technologies to monitor and reduce microplastic pollution in water systems.

In addition to FYRFLY, the round included investments from Tech Council Ventures, Golden Seeds, Interstate Fusion Ventures, several individual investors, and the New Jersey Innovation Evergreen Fund.
