Silicon Legal represented Graphite as they raised a $15MM Round.
Graphite is a platform that connects users with highly vetted independent consultants for on-demand work.
The round was led by Valor Siren Ventures, with participation from Communitas Capital Partners, Accomplice, Alumni Ventures Group and Cianna Capital.
The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Kevin Morrissey, Bryce Wilson, Lisa Schlinkert and Derrick Metriyakool.
