Silicon Legal represented IA Ventures as they joined Daptic’s $15 million Series A Round.

Daptic is a product compliance lifecycle management platform that helps manufacturers build regulatory requirements into how their products are designed and developed.

The round was led by Canvas Ventures and included investments from, in addition to IA Ventures, 8VC and others.

Silicon Legal’s IA Ventures client team includes Gaurav Mathur, Bess Blumenfeld, Nikhil Sharma, and Aaliya Kapadia.
