Silicon Legal represented Little Otter as they raised a $22MM Series A round.

Little Otter is a pediatric mental health company that focuses on the mental health of young children and their families.

The round included participation from CRV, Torch Capital, Vast Ventures, Hinsdale, Boxgroup and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Tommy Szalasny and Stephanie Becerra.
