Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Functional Finance’s $20 million Series A round.

Functional Finance offers software solutions that simplify insurance invoicing, premium payments, collections, reconciliation, and more.

The round was led by Walkabout Ventures and included investments from MRV and Phil Edmundson.

Silicon Legal’s MRV client team includes Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, Adam Derry, Madelyn Tarr, Larry Suh, and Vishal Ganesan.
