Silicon Legal represented MRV as they joined Twelve’s $200 million Series C round.

Twelve is a carbon transformation company that converts captured carbon dioxide into valuable chemicals, fuels, and other essential products, aiming to decarbonize industries such as aviation.

The $200 million Series C round was led by TPG alongside Capricorn Investment Group and Pulse Fund with participation from, in addition to MRV, Fifth Wall, northstar.vc, Toppan Global Venture Partners, Alaska Star Ventures, DCVC, Emerson Collective, Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, Carbon Direct Capital, and Elementum vc.
