Silicon Legal represented Neo as they co-led Amperos Health’s $4.2 million Seed Round.

Amperos Health is developing an AI biller specifically created for healthcare providers.

The round was led by Uncork Capital, Neo Ventures and Nebular, and included investments from several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Joshua Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
