Silicon Legal represented Neo as they co-led Liquid’s $18 million Series Seed round.

Liquid is a trading platform enabling users to trade crypto and traditional assets 24/7 through a single interface.

In addition to Neo, the round included investments from Left Lane Capital, Haun Ventures, K5 Global, SV Angel, AntiFund, Sunflower Capital, Paradigm, and General Catalyst.
