Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Altara’s $7 million Seed Round.

Altara is a scientific intelligence platform for the physical world.

The round was led by Greylock Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, BoxGroup and Liquid 2 Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian, and Nikhil Sharma.
