Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Arrived’s $25 million Series A round.

Arrive is building a new model of real estate investment, letting people buy shares of rental homes without the potential operational headaches and larger upfront financial commitments.

The round was led by Forerunner Ventures, with participation from, in addition to Neo, Bezos Expeditions, Good Friends, Spencer Rascoff, Core Innovation Capital, and PSL Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, Bryce Wilson and Jon Loebl.
