Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Casa’s $27 million Round.

Casa is a home services platform providing homeowners with ongoing maintenance, repair, and concierge support.

The round was led by Forerunner Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Adverb Ventures, Maven, True Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian, and Nikhil Sharma.
