Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined dub’s $17 million Seed round.

dub is developing a platform that allows everyday investors to replicate the portfolios of emerging investment managers, famed hedge funds, or elected officials.

The round was led by Tusk Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Slow Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Alumni Ventures, K5 Global, Graph Ventures, Dorm Room Fund, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Parker Reed, and Carson Jackson.
