Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Etched’s $700 million round.

Etched is building frontier inference clusters.

The round was led by Jane Street and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Bain Capital Ventures, Primary, Stripes, Positive Sum, and Blackstone.
