Filed is an AI-powered tax software company aiming to automate the full lifecycle of tax return preparation.

The round was led by Northzone and included investments from, in addition to Neo Ventures, Day One Ventures and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo Ventures client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
