Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Footprint’s $13 million Series A round.

Footprint’s product unifies Know Your Customer, security, and authentication to automate consumer onboarding and reduce identity fraud.

The round was led by QED Investors and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Index Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Operator Partners, BoxGroup, Palm Tree Capital, Definition, and Animal Capital.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Bryce Wilson, Larry Suh, Carson Jackson, and Nicole Nazarian.
