Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Kalshi’s $185 million Round.

Kalshi is a prediction marketplace platform.

The round was led by Paradigm and included investments from, in addition to Neo Ventures, Sequoia, Multicoin, Bond Capital, and Citadel Securities CEO Peng Zhao.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Joshua Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
