Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Kalshi’s $1 billion round.

Kalshi is a prediction market that allows people to bet on future events.

The round was led by Sequoia and CapitalG and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Andreessen Horowitz, Paradigm, and Anthos Capital.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian and Josh Fuller.
