Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Pillar’s $20 million financing.

Pillar is a unified risk management platform that automates hedging for commodity and currency risk.

The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Crucible Capital, Gallery Ventures, Analog Ventures, and Dara Khosrowshahi.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian, and Nikhil Sharma.
