Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Spur’s $4.5 million round.

Spur is the first company that emulates real users navigating the browser and testing with AI agents.

The round was led by First Round and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Pear VC, Conviction, Liquid2Ventures, Predictive Venture Partners, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
