Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined TELO Trucks’ $20 million Series A round.

TELO Trucks is a mobility company developing compact electric trucks.

The round was led by Yves Behar and Marc Tarpenning, and included investments from, in addition to Neo, TO VC, E12 Ventures, Marc Benioff, Uncorrelated Ventures, Nova Threshold, MCJ, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, and Nicole Nazarian.
