Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Valid’s $5.5 million seed round.

Valid is an AI-enabled ad agency transforming digital advertising by automating campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking.

The round was led by Canaan Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, J Ventures and strategic investors, including Reddit CEO Steve Huffman and search ads pioneer Scott Banister.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
