Silicon Legal represented Neotribe Ventures as they joined MacroCycle Technologies’ $6.5 million Seed Round.

MacroCycle Technologies is a biotech company developing solutions to recycle plastic waste into virgin-grade plastic with zero carbon emissions.

The round was led by Clean Energy Ventures and Volta Circle, with participation from KDT Ventures, Neotribe Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Neotribe Ventures client team includes Ian Peck, Guy Ladetzky, Ryan Southerland, Mike Perez, Josh Fuller, and Steve James.
