Silicon Legal represented OffDeal as they raised a $12 million Series A round.

OffDeal is building the world’s first AI-native investment bank.

The round was led by Radical Ventures with participation from Y Combinator, Rebel Fund, Centre Street Partners, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s OffDeal client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Nazarian, and Stephanie Becerra.
