Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they led Goodr’s $8 million Series A round.

Goodr is a sustainable food waste management company that leverages technology to combat hunger.

The round was led by Precursor Ventures, with participation from Collab Capital, Gratitude Railroad, Emerson Collective, Backstage Capital, Innovations for Impact and various other investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, P. Charu Satia, Mike Perez and Travis Robertson.
